  1. I am so happy finally someone finally shed some light on this issue. My spent 17 years in America relocated from Guyana and have been accused of being stuck up as well. When all I was being is polite. Thank you for speaking out on this issue.

  2. I never really heard her talk, but then again I’m not into watching interviews. I like her, but I honestly never perceived her as stuck up… Just comfortable in her own skin. :)))

  3. i have this problem people think i am stuck up because i was taught to behave and not speak unless spoken to because it is polite! and then after people get to know me they change their mind!! we are always judge smh ;/

  4. Rihanna is amazing adn yes when you sometimes keep to yourself people do assume that your stuck up, not knowing that you just might be shy or being quiet to be respectful!

  5. A lot of people thought the same thing of me in college, until people started coming up to me to talk to me, and then they said… She’s not stuck up at all. She’s very nice. I was taught the same thing as well.

  6. My parents are from the carribean as well, and I can totally relate. I was taught to not get into other people’s business. I was taught to only speak when spoken to, because that is the polite thing to do. Now that I have been away from home and I was with an american, and I comment on something my parents say, sometimes they are like.. looking at me like, you’re commenting when u are not being spoken to.

  7. Hello yourstereotype, At this time only viewers within the United States can watch videos on the OWN channel. However, you can now view videos for Oprah’s Lifeclass and Super Soul Sunday at Oprah.com. Click the OWN tab and then the Full Episodes link. You can also view videos on Facebook for Oprah’s LIfeclass and Super Soul Sunday by clinking on the Livestream link on each of those respective Facebook pages. Thank you!

  8. OPRAH AS I TWEETED, TO ME THIS WAS YOUR BEST INTERVIEW! RIHANNA IS CURRENT, RELEVANT & MISUNDERSTOOD (UNTIL NOW) #EXCELLENTJOB. I TOTALLY CAN RELATE HAVING BEEN RAISED IN A GOOD BAJAN HOUSEHOLD! YOU ARE TAUGHT TO HOLD YOUR HEAD HIGH (AS THERE IS NO REASON TO HOLD YOUR HEAD DOWN IN SHAME), DON’T BRING SHAME ONTO THE FAMILY NAME, YOU WOULD NEVER EVER TALK BACK TO YOUR PARENTS/GRANDPARENTS, ETC, RESPECT YOUR ELDERS, KNOW YOUR PLACE, AMONG OTHERS! I LIVE BY THESE GUIDELINES & HAVE DONE WELL.

  9. I loved this interview. Saw the whole interview on OWN it was great. Was in Barbados the week Oprah and Rihanna was there. It was exciting hope Oprah went to the beach. Love the house you brought your mother Rihanna great job. Stay strong the values that were taught to you is your foundation, as a West Indian.

  10. The body language, the lyrics of the song ‘hard’ and ‘cockiness’ is a clear indication that this woman is very stuck-up. If she wasn’t full of herself, then she wouldn’t have sang those two songs.

  11. On top of that, she had a fling with Ashton Kuther while he was still married to his wife. This woman just wants to make money. She is fake as they come. Now Drake and Chris Brown have to pay millions of dollars over a fight because of her. Her music is written by Neyo who is the real talent behind this singer who she does not give credit to. The fight between Rihanna & Chris Brown was exaggerated & the reason was because she gave him herpes after she cheated on him.Remember her song-unfaithful?

  12. um…leave. if she disgust u so much…why in gods name are u on a video which cleary says rihanna. just talking shit that isnt even true smh damn u haters are sad
